Our application process
An initial check
You have applied. We look at your CV and always get back to you. Either we’ll invite you for an interview or provide you with feedback.
The introductory interview
You meet one of our HR colleagues. They will then decide whether you will come back for a second interview.
Meet your supervisor
The second interview is always with your supervisor and possibly another colleague. You will be given a tour so you can see what could possibly be your new professional home. Depending on the position you are applying for, this interview will be followed by a (brief) assessment.
A contract proposal
If both you and we are enthusiastic, a permanent contract will be coming your way. If you were introduced to us by a temporary employment agency, we typically start with an interim contract.
