Every day is different
Hannelore: “Three years ago, I started working at RIMA Trans. I began as an administrative assistant, but I’m now working as a distribution planner. It’s a job that’s close to my heart: I schedule daily transport tasks, coordinate with drivers, and strive to ensure the most efficient deliveries possible.”
“Every day is different, because surprises often pop up along the way. That’s just part of the transport sector: it’s dynamic and requires flexibility and resilience under pressure. But the feeling you get afterward, when you manage to come up with a solution – sometimes on the spot – so the schedule stays on track, is indescribable. That’s what I do it for (smiles).”

Part of the family from day 1
Hannelore especially appreciates the close-knit team and open culture at RIMA Trans. “The family atmosphere and the fact that everyone helps each other is what makes working at RIMA so special. As soon as you walk in here you are a member of the team, part of the family. I also notice that this not only makes me feel appreciated, but also allows me to grow.”
“Besides working, we also believe it’s important to slow down every now and then. From a quick coffee break with colleagues to a spontaneous drink after hours, our team always finds a moment to chat or share a laugh. It helps ensure that, when the time comes, we can dive in with full focus and all our heart.”
